Lately I've been playing a lot of Tower Defence titles, There's some terrible Tower Defence games on Steam but thankfully this is one of the better ones, It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I'm hoping for an Ancient Planet 2 or some sort of follow up game at some point. Ancient Planet is a game that's fairly priced and well worth buying.. I really enjoyed this TD. It had everything I look for in a TD.PROS:-wasn't expensive-multiple types of towers (physical, plasma, slowing, boosters, etc)-big trees of upgrades-I could see it having some replay value after beating it when you're bored-took about 20 hours to unlock 100%-good variety of enemies-has bosses at the end of each world (8 worlds, 5 levels each)CONS:-getting some upgrades can feel grindy towards the end-they could have fit some more achivements in here considering some of the things that you have to accomplish-(this could be a PRO for you, but around mid, mid-late game, there is a sudden huge upswing of difficulty). This is a pretty hard game, in my opinion. I have spent a lot of time replaying earlier levels to get more upgrades, However, it is pretty fun. There is a neat strategy of placement/upgrade/tower type combination, not to mention the special weapon implimentation.
